Modded Fender Am Stratocaster SSS (50th Anniversary)

Modded Fender Am Stratocaster SSS (50th Anniversary)

This is my main guitar. I'm a lover of the standard strat sound.
The pickups combine Fender Jeff Beck and Vintage Noiseless single coils, enabling a sound a bit hotter than pure vintage single coils.
I have done a different circuitry that enables that Telecaster sound joining bridge and neck pickups together. I have also installed a volume control bypass switch for instant access of the louder guitar volume, useful for solos or a more overdriven sound. It may also work as a "kill switch" for hand made tremolo effects a la Tom Morello.

This is the same guitar as above except it has a different scratchplate with a humbucker placed near the bridge. It is a extremely versatile configuration that enables a bit more gain to the bridge-position sound.
The Fender S1 pickup switch system extends the tone options beyond the ordinary 5-position combinations.
It features all original American Fender 50th Anniversary parts, except for the middle and neck pickups which I have replaced for 2 Fender Jeff Beck Noiseless single coils for a better, stronger, fatter and hum-free sound.

That was a gift from my Italian friend Dario. It is a very good replica of the famous 335, it allows me to play jazz tunes properly. I kept the original pickups as they sound very nice and warm. The neck is surprisingly fast and very comfortable. It has been upgraded with better Grover tuners.
Thanks Dario!

Hanks Electro-Acoustic SF-209

This is a cheap and cheerful guitar I use mainly for acoustic gigs.
Its natural sound is good for recording through a condenser microphone.
The neck is very comfortable - this is the first thing people notice when they hold this guitar to play some random chords.
